Magnus entered the oil industry in 2006, joining Clariant Oilfield Services. He worked as a project manager with a scale focus from 2006 until 2017.

In 2017 he joined AkerBP and is currently working in the production chemistry team focusing on digitalisation, automation and improvement. Magnus has been a liaison between the production chemistry team and IT-department for the pas 15 years, and has initiated and lead several digitalisation projects to improve data gathering, flow and utilisation for production chemistry.
