Dr. Edris Joonaki is Industrial Consultant and Technical Lead at TUV SUD UK National Engineering Laboratory (UK-NEL). He is currently the responsible person for addressing different flow assurance and metering challenges not only in the oil & gas industry but also in hydrogen economy systems and along the whole CCUS value chain. At NEL, Edris is also responsible for delivering UK traceability National Standards for the fluid properties measurements. Edris has a very strong early-career track record in academia and industry. Edris’s research projects have won several research funds as well as numerous UK and international awards. He is lead-author for many publications. He collaborated internationally with universities and research institutes in the UK, Germany, Japan, the U.S, and China. Edris has an early-career track-record of research & technology development excellence attained in both academic and commercial settings.
